If you choose to write to us please write in details as that would enable us to respond to your queries more accurately.

We do receive large amounts of emails every day but still make utmost endevour to reply to all our mails within 24 hours.

In case you do not receive our email within 24 hours of sending your email, please resend your email to us with a different email ID.

We do have Spam Filters installed on our Servers and sometimes it tends to block emails from free email servers like yahoo or hotmail.However, this is not always the case.

We would like to inform you that if you are intending to visit India from October to January, you need to book your ticket much in advance.This is the peak season for overseas Air Travellers to and from India.

Airlines like British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Royal Jordan etc have regular flights to and from Calcutta.

The best time to visit Calcutta is from August to March of next year.

The Official Indian Currency is Rupees.

The recent (December 2005) ratio value of Dollar to Rupees is 1 U.S Dollar = 44-46 Rupees (approximately).

you may exchange your money at any authorised Foreign Exchange Agency in India.

State Bank of India, Thomas Cook and Others have their Offices right at the Airport.

On arrival at Calcutta Airport (NSC Bose Airport) we suggest that you book a Pre-Paid Taxi to your hotel, unless you have made any prior arrangement with your hotel regarding your travel, including picking you up from the Airport.
